Aquafaba powder protein substitute - vegan
The Aquafaba powder protein substitute is a 100% natural and vegan option for replacing proteins in dishes. Making vegan protein is super easy with this product. Add 10 grams of aquafaba to 150 grams of warm water (60-70 °C) and mix briefly. Then let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes and it is ready to use as a regular egg white.
To make whipped egg whites, mix the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. 30 grams of aquafaba powder equals approximately 45 proteins. For a firmer structure, a little acid, such as lemon juice, can be added. This product is available in packs of 30g, 300g and 3000g and contains no additives.
