Making vegan protein...super easy:
* Add 10 grams of aquafaba to 150 g of warm water (60 -70 °C), mix briefly
* Let rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Ready for use! Can be used as regular egg white.
* make whipped egg whites: mix this mixture for 5 to 10 minutes
30 grams of aquafaba powder corresponds approximately to 45 proteins.
Adding a little acid (e.g. lemon juice) strengthens the structure.
