Spicy & sour!
2 pieces of Botanica Ginger in shaker
50 ml Amaretto
20 ml fresh lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitter
1 teaspoon wasabi (not too much!!)
ice in the shaker and shake well
double strain in tumbler glass
garnish with Maraschino cherry, a piece of Botanica Ginger & Dehydrated Orange
Cuba libre
Simple, but no less tasty!
50 ml rum in shaker
20 ml fresh lime juice
ice in shaker
shake
100 ml Fentimans cola in a Collins glass
Slowly pour ingredients from the shaker over a bar spoon into the glass to obtain the two layers
garnish with Botanica Dehydrated Lime
Whiskey Sour
Our favorite!
60 ml whiskey in shaker
30 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
dry shake
add ice cubes in shaker
shake some more
serve in a nice whiskey glass
garnish with Botanica Dehydrated Orange & Botanica Cassia Vera

How about a Hendrick's Hot Gin Punch?
50 ml Hendrick's Gin - 10 ml sugar syrup - a few drops of Angostura bitters - heat up and add 50 ml boiling water - finish with a slice of BOTANICA Dehydrated Lemon & 1 star anise
