Hibiscus Fizz
The hibiscus provides the beautiful pink color and an extraordinary aroma.
40 ml Hendrick's gin in shaker
Add 30 ml egg white (+/- of 1 egg).
Add 20 ml fresh lemon juice
5 Add Botanica Hibiscus Flower
dry shake
add ice
shake well
Filling highball glass with ice
double strain in glass
Add 50 ml sparkling water
garnish with a sprig of rosemary and some Botanica Hibiscus Flower
Moscow Mule
Nice and fresh and spicy!
50 ml vodka in copper cup
20 ml fresh lime juice in cup
Cut a lime into wedges, squeeze them and put them in a cup
ice cubes
add Fever Tree Ginger Beer
stir briefly
garnish with Botanica Dehydrated Lime & Botanica Ginger Slice
Do you want your Moscow Mule even spicier? Then you can also add some Botanica Chili Strings .
Gorbatchaw Pina
20 ml grenadine and ice cubes in cup
50 ml Gorbatschow vodka in a shaker
50 ml fresh orange juice & 100 ml pineapple juice in shaker
10 ml Monin Cocos syrup in shaker
ice cubes in shaker and shake well
strain everything into the cup
garnish with Botanica Dehydrated Pineapple and Dehydrated Coconut

50 ml Hendrick's gin in shaker
20 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml Monin Hibiscus syrup
20 ml egg white
sparkling water
Place all ingredients (except the sparkling water) in a shaker with ice
shake well, remove ice from shaker, dry shake
double strain in collins glass
wait a few seconds until the foam starts to form
then add sparkling water until the foam rises above the glass
garnish with Botanica Persian Pink Rose
