Persian Fizz

The beauty among us.

  • 50 ml Hendrick's gin in shaker
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml Monin Hibiscus syrup
  • 20 ml egg white
  • sparkling water
  • Place all ingredients (except the sparkling water) in a shaker with ice
  • shake well, remove ice from shaker, dry shake
  • double strain in collins glass
  • wait a few seconds until the foam starts to form
  • then add sparkling water until the foam rises above the glass
  • garnish with Botanica Persian Pink Rose
