- 50 ml Hendrick's gin in shaker
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml Monin Hibiscus syrup
- 20 ml egg white
- sparkling water
- Place all ingredients (except the sparkling water) in a shaker with ice
- shake well, remove ice from shaker, dry shake
- double strain in collins glass
- wait a few seconds until the foam starts to form
- then add sparkling water until the foam rises above the glass
- garnish with Botanica Persian Pink Rose
