Sushi Sour

Spicy & sour!

  • 2 pieces of Botanica Ginger in shaker
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitter
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi (not too much!!)
  • ice in the shaker and shake well
  • double strain in tumbler glass
  • garnish with Maraschino cherry, a piece of Botanica Ginger & Dehydrated Orange
