
Spicy & sour!
- 2 pieces of Botanica Ginger in shaker
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 teaspoon wasabi (not too much!!)
- add ice to the shaker and shake well
- double strain in tumbler glass
- garnish with Maraschino cherry, a piece of Botanica Ginger & Dried Orange
