- Add 30 ml egg white (+/- 1 egg)
- Add 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 B otanica Add Hibiscus Flowers
- dry shake
- add ice
- shake well
- Fill highball glass with ice
- double strain in glass
- Add 50 ml of sparkling water
- garnish with sprig of rosemary and some B otanica Hibiscus flowers
