Surprise your guests with a Whisky Sour with a perfect foam layer! Preparation : Make an aquafaba solution. Mix 10 g of Aquafaba powder in 150 ml of warm water (60 to 70°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes. Use as normal egg white, store in the refrigerator. The hibiscus provides the beautiful pink color and an extraordinary aroma.
40 ml Hendrick's gin in shaker
Add 30 ml egg white (+/- of 1 egg).
Add 20 ml fresh lemon juice
5 Add Botanica Hibiscus Flower
dry shake
add ice
shake well
Filling highball glass with ice
double strain in glass
Add 50 ml sparkling water
garnish with a sprig of rosemary and some Botanica Hibiscus Flower

20 ml fresh lime juice in cup
Cut a lime into wedges, squeeze them and put them in a cup
